Onboarding HiX Patient App

All healthcare data in one app

Users can easily access medical records, appointments, and documents from multiple healthcare providers, all combined in a single, user-friendly app.

Designed around real user needs.

The interface was shaped by insights from interviews, surveys, and expert reviews. Every interaction was simplified to match the expectations and digital skills of the target users.

The process of adding healthcare providers was simplified through a streamlined search and selection flow, allowing hospitals to be linked and data to be accessed in just a few taps.

My design philosophy

I believe design should be clear, intuitive, and user-centered. My goal is to create digital experiences that not only look refined but also feel effortless to use. Every detail serves a purpose, shaped by research, guided by empathy, and refined through iteration. For me, good design happens where usability and aesthetics meet.
